The following requirements apply to certified materials and services purchased to any specification listed with the product. Commercial materials and services are not required to meet these conditions unless listed on the purchase order.
Approvals: Suppliers of Certified materials or services shall be approved for the items supplied, by the Prime and/or listed as an approved source on the QPL, DFO or other ordering specifications as it may apply.
Personnel Qualifications: When applicable, process and production personnel will be trained and qualified to perform those tasks required for the certified process or product.
QMS Requirements: Supplier Quality Management System shall conform to a minimum of one of the following. Fed-Std-368A, AS9100, AS9003, AC7004, ISO 17025, ISO 9001 or equivalent. The supplier is subject to inspection and/or survey approval by American Industries Diversified, Inc’s Quality Department.
Calibration Requirements: When applicable the supplier’s calibration program will meet the requirements of ISO-10012, ISO 17025 or equivalent to meet the specification of the purchase order.
Revision Status: Unless noted on the Purchase Order, all certified processes or materials will be processed to the latest revision of the specification listed in the requirements in effect on the date of the purchase order. If the specification has been superseded, then the latest revision of that specification will be used.
Production Requirements: When applicable, specific requirements for design, test, inspection, verification, the use of statistical techniques and related instructions for acceptance (including critical items and key characteristics) may be required if referenced on the PO. The absence of this reference on the PO does not release the supplier from the same requirements listed on the referenced specification or Prime Contractors requirements.
Test Specimens: When required by specification or purchase order, the supplier will provide test specimens for the product or service being provided.
Supplier Requirements: Supplier will immediately notify American Industries Diversified, Inc of any nonconforming materials, processes or the receipt of nonconforming product dispositions. Suppliers will provide notification of any changes to product, processes, suppliers and facilities that may affect the Purchase order sent to the supplier. The supplier will flow down all PO and Prime requirements as necessary to sub-tier suppliers performing services or providing materials to the purchase order.
Records Retention Requirements: The supplier shall retain all records of certified services or certified products provided to the Purchase Order for a minimum of 10 years.
Right of Access: American Industries Diversified, Inc. reserves the right of access by the organization, their customer, and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of all facilities, at any level of the supply chain, involved in the order and to all applicable records.
Date Materials: Supplied materials that are date sensitive or having an expiration date must have a remaining shelf life of 75% of the original shelf life. Retested materials for extended shelf life may be accepted with prior approval from American Industries Diversified, Inc.
ITAR: The information contained within this P.O., maybe subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). This information shall not be exported, released, or disclosed to foreign nationals inside or outside the United States of America without first complying with the export authorization requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR if applicable.
FAA Drug and Alcohol Abatement Program: When applicable for Aerospace and Aviation work processing, the supplier will comply with the requirements of the FAA Drug and Alcohol Abatement Program as it applies for Safety Sensitive personnel. Records will be made available upon request for FAA and customer inspection.
Note: American Industries Diversified, Inc requirements only apply to American Industries Diversified, Inc purchases and do not take precedence over other requirements imposed by other customers or regulatory agencies.
